Download, Complete and Return the 2023 Tax Organizer to secure your 2023 reservation.

Existing clients will receive a digital organizer from the Canopy website at the beginning of tax season.

New clients can download the pdf version below or setup a portal for a digital version of the organizer.

Click the link below to securly upload your 2023 tax documents. You may not have all your documents right now and that's ok! You can upload them as your receive them.

New clients will receive a Canopy setup email. If you have not received a link to setup your portal, please contact us.

For new clients please scan and upload a copy of your 3 prior tax returns(2022,2021 and 2020) for both Federal and State(if applicable). Upload using the Canopy link above. If you have not received a link to setup your Canopy account, please contact us.

Once we receive the information in 1, 2 and 3 above, we will provide a custom 3 tier proposal with service options and our flat rate pricing!

You 3 tier proposal will come from the Ignition website. Please review the proposal, engagement letter and hit accept for any services you would like for the 2023 tax year.

We provide a flat rate fee up front before services begin and pride ourselves in no surprise bills. If we feel that extenuation circumstances arose after your proposal was signed, we will reach out immediately to discuss the situation so you are aware and we can work together for the potential changes. It is rare for this situation to occur. By providing the items in 1, 2 and 3 this helps ensure our proposal is as accurate as possible for all clients.
